The Mechanical HVAC Service Apprentice supports experienced technicians in the installion, maintenance, and service of commercial HVAC systems. This role is designed for individuals looking to build a long-term career in mechanical HVAC service through hands-on training, teamwork, and a strong commitment to safety and customer sisfaction.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist with on-site preventive maintenance, routine repairs, and system calibrion following installion.

• Utilize developing technical skills to help maintain and service HVAC systems.

• Work in a team-based environment to share workload, communice effectively, and ensure high levels of customer sisfaction.

• Perform all work safely, following company and OSHA safety standards all times.

• Maintain accure service documention and complete required paperwork.

• Perform other duties as assigned to support service operions.

• Demonstre flexibility to work overtime, nights, and weekends as required.

Wh We Are Looking For

Educion & Certificions

• High School Diploma or GED required.

• HVAC Trade School gradue strongly preferred (3.5 GPA and excellent tendance highly valued).

• EPA Certificion (Type I & Type II or Universal) preferred.

• NATE Certificion a plus.

Experience & Skills

• 1+ year of experience in a mechanical support role; hands-on HVAC experience preferred.

• Strong technical aptitude with the ability to assist in maintenance, service, and troubleshooting of HVAC equipment.

• Good electrical and mechanical diagnostic skills.

• Ability to complete repairs and required documention accurely.

• Excellent customer service and communicion skills.

• Self-motived, reliable, and driven to succeed with minimal supervision.

• Ability to work independently, self-schedule tasks, and meet time constraints.
