Only selling because we don't have the room it currently. Could use the carpets cleaned and a deep cleaning in it. Other than that everything works. Plumping and electrical all work. Stove and refrigerator work. Water heater and water pressure pumps work. Has all connections for electric and drainage. we can possibly deliver if needed if the fuel cost is covered.
